摘 要:[目的/意义]目前我国肺癌发病率不容乐观,而抗肺癌药的新药研发过程漫长且具有极高的风险,从专利中挖掘情报能为相关研究机构和企业提供重要的技术支持。[方法/过程]基于Innograhpy平台,运用专利情报分析理论,从技术发展趋势、专利布局、竞争者及失效专利等角度进行分析。[结果/结论]通过分析发现,目前中国抗肺癌药技术仍处于技术成长期,专利申请数量和专利申请人数量处于大幅度增长状态。此外,中国、美国和EPO为主要申请国/地区,美国相对于其他海外申请国/地区具有绝对竞争优势。且我国抗肺癌药专利技术主要掌握在高校和研究所手中,建议加强产学研结合,早日实现抗肺癌药的产业化。[Purpose / Significance] The incidence of lung cancer in China is not optimistic presently,while the research and development of newdrugs involves high-risk investment and requires a lengthy process,and acquiring intelligence by analyzing patents could provide technical support for relevant research institutions and enterprises.[Method / Process]This paper tries to reveal the competitive situation of anti-lung cancer drugs by analyzing the technology trends,patent distribution,competitors and invalid patent utilization based on the Innography platform.[Result / Conclusion] It turns out the anti-lung cancer drugs technology is still at its growth stage,and there is a substantial increase of the number of patent applications and applicants. In addition,China,the USA and EPO are the main source countries /regions with the USA enjoying an absolute competitive advantage. Besides,since universities and research institutes mainly hold patent technologies possessed by Chinese,it is important to strengthen the industry-university-research cooperation to achieve an early industrialization of anti-lung cancer drugs.
