粉末渗硅工艺对Mo-W-Co系合金组织和性能的影响

摘  要:研究了渗硅工艺对Mo-W-Co合金组织与性能的影响,通过改变渗硅的渗剂粉末成分和渗硅温度,对渗硅后的合金试样的渗层分别进行金相分析、扫描电镜和XRD检测,获得渗硅后的渗层组织及相组成,通过比较渗层厚度及其在600℃的抗氧化性探讨较好的渗硅工艺参数。实验结果表明:渗层主要由Al_2 O_3外渗层和MoSi_2与Mo_5Si_3内渗层构成;NH_4Cl与CaCl_2的复合催化作用明显改善渗硅效果;渗层通过自身良好的抗氧化性及耐磨性提高合金的抗氧化性能和耐磨性;抗氧化试验后,氧化皮的主要成分包括SiO_2、MoO_3、Al_2O_3等;渗Si处理最佳渗剂配方为60%Si、25%Al_2O_3、10%NH_4Cl、5%CaCl_2。Effect of siliconing parameters on the structure and performances of Mo-W-Co alloy were studied.In order to obtain the best siliconing parameters,the ingredient of siliconing powder and siliconing temperatures with different holding time were selected.Samples were treated with metallographic analysis,SEM tests and XRD analysis.Besides,thickness of coating and oxidation resistance performances were compared.The result showed that the coating of alloy is composed of inside and outside one after siliconing.Al2 O3 is the main constituent of coating outside while MoSi2 and Mo5 Si3 are the ingredients of coating inside.Effects of siliconing are improved with composite catalysis role of NH4Cl and CaCl2.Oxidation resistance and wear-resisting performances are enhanced by high performances from coating.After oxidation resistance experiment,oxidation layer remained is mainly including SiO2,MoO3 and Al2O3;the best formula for siliconing:60%Si,25%A12O3,10%NH4Cl,5%CaCl2.
