摘  要:合成了一种长链磷腈衍生物六辛胺基环三磷腈(HOCP)阻燃增容剂,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振谱及元素分析对阻燃剂的组成及结构进行了表征。将新合成的HOCP应用于聚磷酸铵(APP)和三(1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-4-亚甲基)磷酸酯(Trimer)处理的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)材料,并通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧测试、力学性能测试和流变测试,研究了HOCP对EVA的阻燃增容作用。通过扫描电镜研究了阻燃EVA材料经氧指数测试后的残炭内外表面。结果表明,HOCP对EVA具有较好的阻燃增容作用,当添加10%的HOCP时,阻燃效果最好,样品6的LOI达到了29.5%,当添加15%的HOCP时,断裂伸长率达到最大,样品7的断裂伸长率达到了949%。A phosphazene derivative with long chain hex (octylamino) cyclotriphosphazene (HOCP) was synthesized as flame retardant and compatibilizer, and its composition and structure were evaluated by FT-IR, NMR and elemental analysis. The new HOCP was used as flame retardant for ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) filled with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and Trimer. The effects of HOCP on the flame retardancy and compatibilization of EVA were studied by the limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 tests, mechanical tests and rotational rheometer tests. The char residue structure of the flame-retarded EVA was investigated by SEM. The results show that HOCP can effectively improve the flame retardancy and compatibility of EVA filled with APP and Trimer. The LOI of sample 6 with adding 10% HOCP can reach 29.5%. The elongation at break of sample 7 with adding 15% HOCP can reach 949 %.
