摘　　要：奥林匹克改革的指导性文件《奥林匹克2020议程》针对当代奥林匹克运动发展所呈现的问题,从奥林匹克本源、奥运会承办、自治与善治、青年与人本等方面,规划了奥林匹克今后发展的战略宏图。改革举措仅从宏观上规划了蓝图,在继承与扬弃、改革与发展等具体实施方面仍面临众多难题;同时,国际奥委会主席巴赫的欧洲人背景和强势身份,也使改革呈现鲜明的个人色彩。在具体操作层面如何进行"度"的把握,决定奥林匹克运动的发展方向。Olympic Agenda 2020,the guidance document of the Olympic reform,comes up with the future development of the Olympics,including the Olympic origin,Olympic Game hosting,self-governance and good-governance,youth and people-oriented,etc. Being a blueprint at macro level,there still exist many problems as to the inheritance and abandonment,reform and development of the Olympics,and so on. At the same time,the president of International Olympic Committee,Thomas Bach,with his European background and strong position,also makes the reform present a distinctive individualism. Howto keep the balance between the romantic ideal and the harsh reality will determine the future Olympic movement.
