摘 要:车辆段含油废水处理视市政配套设施的完善程度执行不同的排放标准,并依不同排放标准选择经济合理、操作简单、维护方便的工艺,结合已运营多年典型车辆段含油废水处理工艺的调查及石化行业内含油废水的研究现状,介绍、分析了车辆段含油废水的处理工艺。根据已有的工程实践及研究,目前城市轨道交通车辆段含油废水设计处理量不应大于50—100m^3/d。有市政污水管网时,宜采用调节-隔油沉淀-气浮工艺;无市政污水管网时,采用调节-隔油沉淀-气浮-过滤工艺,或含油废水经隔油、气浮处理后与生活污水集中进行生化处理,待周边市政配套设施逐渐完善后可纳入城市污水管网。此外,车辆段含油废水处理设备应向维护方便、小巧化、集成化的方向发展。The oily wastewater from vehicle depot is required to meet different discharge standards according to the different levels of municipal facilities. The process with economic rationality, simple op- eration and convenient maintenance should be selected according to the different discharge standards. Combined with the investigation of treatment processes of oily wastewater from typical vehicle depot opera- ted for many years, and the research status of oily wastewater of petrochemical industry, the treatment processes of oily wastewater from vehicle depot were introduced and analyzed. Based on the existed engi- neering practice and research, the design treatment capacity of oily wastewater from urban rail transit ve- hicle depot should not be more than 50 to 100 m^3/d. When there is municipal sewer network, the com- bined process of equalization, oil separation, sedimentation and air flotation should be adopted. When there is no municipal sewer network, the combined process of equalization, oil separation, sedimenta- tion, air flotation and filtration should be adopted, or after oil separation and air flotation, the oily wastewater is mixed with domestic sewage for biochemical treatment. When the surrounding municipal fa- cilities are completed, the treated wastewater can be discharged into the municipal sewer network. Treat- ment equipment of oily wastewater from vehicle depot should be easily maintained, compact and integrated.
