摘 要:针对某电镀工业园区废水无法达标排放的现状,分析现有工艺中存在的问题,对其进行如下改造:在预处理单元将原三类废水细化为八类并分别处理;增加曝气生物滤池生物处理工艺;增加超滤/反渗透深度处理工艺。改造后,系统运行稳定,出水水质达到广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)一级标准和《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)中表3标准二者中的最严值。Based on the present situation that wastewater from a electroplating industrial park could not meet the national discharge standard, the problems in the existing process were analyzed, and the process reconstruction was performed as follows : the original three kinds of wastewater in pretreatment unit were divided into eight classes and treated respectively; the BAF biological treatment process was added; and the advanced treatment processes of sand filter, carbon filter, uhrafiltration and reverse os- mosis were added. After the reconstruction, the system was operated stably, the effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in the Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants ( DB 44/26 - 2001 ) of Guangdong Province and the discharge limits in the table 3 of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for E- lectroplating ( GB 21900 - 2008 ) ( whichever is the most severe value).
