摘 要:采用EGSB厌氧反应器处理某生活垃圾焚烧厂垃圾渗滤液,设计处理能力为200m^3/d,容积负荷为11.2kg/(m^3·d),单个反应器尺寸为φ9m×25m。运行数据表明,EGSB处理生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液具有很强的耐冲击负荷能力,运行过程中实际处理水量为50—305m^3/d、COD容积负荷为2—17.6kg/(m^3·d)、ALK为7500~14000mg/L、VFA最高为7284mg/L、vFA/ALK为O.01~0.55,系统出水pH值〉7.7,COD去除率均较为稳定(80%~95%),出水COD稳定在1500~2000mg/L。沼气产率为0.4—0.5m^3/kgCOD,沼气中甲烷含量为71%~78%。An expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) reactor was used to treat the leachate from a municipal solid waste incineration plant. The design treatment capacity was 200 m^3/d, and the design COD volume load was 11.2 kg/( m^3·d). The single reactor has a diameter of 9 m and a length of 25 m. The operation results showed that EGSB reactor had a strong anti-impact load. The actual treatment ca- pacity was 50 to 305 m^3/d. The actual COD volume load was 2 to 17.6 kg/( m^3· d). ALK was 7 500 to 14 000 mg/L. The maximum VFA was 7 284 mg/L. VFA/ALK was 0.01 to 0.55. The effluent pH was above 7.7. The COD removal efficiency was about 80% to 95%. The effluent COD was 1 500 to 2 000 mg/L. Biogas production rate was 0.4 to 0.5 m^3/kgCOD, and the methane content of biogas was 71% to 78%.
