水生态文明视阈下提升区域城镇化质量的机制与对策研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设是实行新型城镇化战略的必然选择,水是其他生态稳定的基础,因此水生态文明建设与城镇化进程协调发展是建设水生态文明城市的必由之路。从生态文明的概念分析水生态文明的内涵,通过规划引导、发展方式变革、水文化培育和水文明制度建设构建了水生态文明视阈下城镇化质量的提升机制,提出基于城镇化质量提升机制的对策建议,从而建立和谐的水生态文明城镇。The construction of ecological civilization is the inevitable choice for the new urbanization strategy. Water is the basis for ecological balance, so the coordinated development between the water ecological civilization and urbanization construction is the only way we must take for the construction of water ecological civilization. In this paper, we analyze the connotation of the water ecological civilization. Four mechanisms are used to enhance the quality of urbanization, which are the planning guide mechanism, development mode changing mechanism, water culture cultivating mechanism and water system construction mechanism, respectively. Then we give some advice for improving regional urbanization construction to establish harmonious water urbanization.
