外商直接投资、环境治理投资与我国碳排放的相关性分析与实证研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,我国的外商引资正逐年加大。在推动中国工业和经济发展的同时,外企碳排放的加剧也使环境污染问题逐渐的加大,而外商引进的资金一部分也被我们利用在了环境治理中,文章正是以此为出发点,以2000~2012年作为观察期,运用计量经济学的分析方法对三者进行了一定的分析,并得出相关结论：在长期均衡关系中,环境治理投资与外商直接投资对碳排放贡献的弹性系数分别为-1.2526和1.9092,即在其他因素不变的前提下,每增加1%的外商直接投资,就会增加1.9092%的碳排放,每增加1%的环境治理投资,就会减少1.2526%的碳排放,但外商直接投资对碳排放的影响程度要大于环境治理投资的影响程度。With the development of economic globalization, foreign investment in Chinese increased year by year, brings good hand to Chinese industry, but with the industrial carbon emissions increase, the problem of environmental pollution is gradually increased, part of the funds and the introduction of foreign are we use in environmental governance in this project on this, the article is as a starting point, with 2000-2012 as the observation period, using the econometric analysis method, the three is analyzed and some empirical research, and draw relevant conclusions： in the long-run equilibrium relationship, environmental investment and foreign direct investment elasticity coefficient of carbon emissions contribution respectively.-1.2526 and 1.9092, the premise that in other factors constant, each additional 1 units of foreign direct investment, will increase 1.9092 unit of carbon emissions, increase environmental investment of 1 units, 1.2526 units of carbon emissions will be less, but the effect of FDI on carbon emissions is greater than the impact of environmental governance investment
