摘 要:为分析建筑业发展中要素投入效率和碳排放,首先通过计算各要素的贡献率可知,建筑业发展主要依靠资本投入的推动,劳动投入和技术进步的推动作用较小。再通过对建筑业直接和间接碳排放量测算得出,间接碳排放占建筑业总的碳排放高达85%~95%。最后通过建立灰色相对关联模型,实证分析全国和东部主要8个省市建筑业经济发展与其碳排放之间的关系,并对碳排放的影响因素进行分解,与建筑业总产值灰色关联程度高的是一次能源碳排放、钢材碳排放、玻璃碳排放;水泥碳排放、铝材碳排放关联度较高;木材碳排放关联度低。总体上随着建筑业发展总产值增加,带动了建筑业直接和间接碳排放的增加。为适应经济新常态,建筑业必须进行结构调整,降低间接碳排放和直接碳排放以实现低碳经济发展。In order to analyze the input efficiency of the elements and carbon emissions in the development of the construction industry, first of all, through calculating the contribution of each factor we know that the development of construction is mainly driven by capital investment and the role of labor and technological progress is small by calculating the contribution of each factor. Through the direct and indirect carbon emissions of construction industry estimates we concluded that indirect emissions of construction occupied as much as 85%-95% of overall carbon emissions. Finally the study empirically analyzes the relationship between economic development and the carbon emissions of construction of the nation and the eastern main eight Provinces and cities by establishing the grey relative relation model, and decomposes the carbon emissions factors which show that the carbon emissions of the energy, steel and glass is a high degree gray relational with construction output; the carbon emissions of cement and aluminum correlation is general; the carbon emissions of wood is low correlation. On the whole, the direct and indirect carbon emissions of the construction increase with the development of construction industry output value increasing. In order to adapt to the new normal economy, the construction industry must carry out structural adjustment, and reduce the indirect and direct carbon emissions in order to realize the development of low carbon economy.
