摘　　要：以循环经济理论为基础,建立我国省域工业循环经济效率评价指标体系,使用包络分析（DEA）方法对我国30个省份2010~2013年工业循环经济效率进行评价,并进一步建立了其影响因素模型,使用Tobit方法对省域面板数据进行回归。通过研究发现,我国工业循环经济效率存在着较为明显的地区差异,并且工业技术投入强度、地区经济发展水平、人口密度对其有着显著的正向影响。Based on the theory of circular economy, the author established the system of our provincial industrial circular economy efficiency evaluation and then used DEA to evaluate industrial circular economy efficiency from 2010 to 2013 in our 30 provinces. Then established its influence factors model further, and use Tobit to carry out regression analysis on panel data. Through the study we found that there exists big regional difference in our industrial circular economy, and industrial technology investment intensity, the level of regional economy development and population density have significant positive effects on the evaluation.
