摘  要:针对风电的随机性、波动性,根据风电功率预测误差概率分布及功率波动概率分布与备用需求变化间的关联关系,建立并网风电的备用需求模型,定量地表示风电出力的不确定性。为解决风电消纳问题,在调度决策中,将风电视为可"主动"参与调度的电源,构建风电动态接纳区间与备用协调优化的调度模型。模型计及风电的不确定性,通过制定合理的风电并网容量区间计划和机组出力计划,在保证系统运行安全性的同时兼顾了系统运行的经济性。通过修订后的IEEE6节点、IEEE118节点算例系统的仿真计算,验证所提模型的合理性和方法的有效性。研究结果为含大规模并网风电系统最大程度地合理消纳风电提供了方法。The consumption problem is the bottleneck of utilizing large-scale of wind power,and dispatch decisions are the cores to absorb wind power. Aiming at the characteristics of randomness and volatility of wind power,a reserve requirement model of integrated wind power was established based on the relationship among the probability distribution of wind power forecasting error and power fluctuation and reserve requirement variations. The uncertainty of wind power output was quantified. In order to solve the consumption problem of wind power,in dispatch decisions,wind power was considered as sources which can actively participate in the dispatch and the reserve-coordinated-optimization dispatch model of the wind power dynamic acceptance interval was constructed. The uncertainty of wind power and makes reasonable integrated wind power capacity interval schedule and unit commitment schedule were considered,which ensures the security of power system while meeting the economy of system operation. The modified IEEE6 bus and IEEE118 bus systems were used to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed model. The results provided a method to absorb wind power reasonably and in a maximum degree in power system with large-scale of wind power.
