摘 要:为探明牛大力植株的生长特性以及解决植株开花耗能的问题,对牛大力植株生长指标进行观测,并采用不同浓度的外源激素如乙烯利、萘乙酸进行局部牛大力花穗喷施处理试验。结果表明,牛大力植株具有较旺盛的抽梢能力,在适宜气候条件下,周年可萌发新枝,修剪对牛大力植株生长具有重要作用;花穗喷施浓度为10-40 mg/L萘乙酸溶液或者喷施40%乙烯利浓度在50-500 mg/L时,各处理的花穗枯萎率均小于35%;花穗喷施40%乙烯利浓度在1000 mg/L以上时各处理的花穗枯萎率均大于75.6%,即采用1000 mg/L以上乙烯利浓度处理对其花穗的去除效果显著。由于去除花蕾后避免了植株因开花消耗过多的养分,该方法可以在生产中选择应用。This work mainly focused on understanding growth characteristics of Millettia speclsoa Champ. and solving the problem of energy consumption by flowering. Plants were observed during the process of plant cultivation. The flower buds were treated with different concentrations of exogenous hormones such as ethephon and naphthalene acetic acid. The results showed that plant had strong ability to sprout bran- ches in suitable climate conditions during the whole year,so cutting unnecessary branches was very important. Less than 35 % flower wither rate was resuhed by 10 mg/L to 40 mg/L NAA treatment; Less than 35 % flower wither rate was obtained by 50 mg/L to 500 mg/L 40 % ethephon treatment; But 1000 mg/L 40 % ethephon treatment resulted more than 75.6 % flower wither rate,that was to mean 1000 mg/L 40 % ethephon treatment was effective to remove flower buds of Millettia specisoa Champ. Removing flower buds is necessary to avoid too much nutrient consumption by the plant, so this method was thought to be a promising way to remove flower buds.
