摘　　要：氨基酸表面活性剂以其具有良好的环境相容性、生物降解性以及低刺激、低毒性等一系列优异的性能倍受青睐,近年来对该活性剂的研究和应用越来越多。本文介绍了N-酰基氨基酸表面活性剂的性能和应用研究现状,为进一步的开发和应用提供参考。Amino acid surfactants become more and more popular now due to their excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability,and low stimulation,low toxicity,and so on. In recent years,the research and application obout it becomes more and more. The current status on properties and application of N-acyl amino acid surfactants is reviewed,in order to provide a reference for its further development and application.
