摘　　要：介绍了欧盟2005/69/EC环保指令的具体内容,简述了南阳石蜡精细化工厂环保型橡胶填充油工业生产装置,通过原料的选择、抽提温度及溶剂比的优化、溶剂含水的控制,利用工业生产装置生产出合格的环保型橡胶填充油产品。由其充油后得到的丁苯橡胶产品SBR1723性能优良,达到了SBR1712的优级品标准。The details of European Union environmental protection directives 2005 /69 / EC. The production device of environmental protection rubber filling oil in nanyang wax fine chemical plant is introduced briefly,using this device to produce the qualified environmental protection rubber filling oil by selecting raw materials,optimizing extractive temperature and solvent ratio and controlling water content of solvent.The SBR1723 which fills the oil has excellent performance and achieves the optimal grade standards of SBR1712.
