从淋巴瘤治疗验案回溯郭子光教授“攻邪已病”的学术思想

摘　　要：本文从国医大师郭子光教授一例淋巴癌治疗验案切入,回溯了郭教授在肿瘤治疗方面遵张从正"攻邪已病"观,立用药平正、畅利气机、谨护脾胃的三大基本治则,提出肿瘤治疗应以攻邪贯穿始终,邪去始能正安。From a lymphoma treatment case of the National TCM Master Professor Guo Ziguang,this article reviews that according to ＂Attack Evil to Cure Disease＂ of Zhang Congzheng,Professor Guo Ziguang founds three basic therapeutic principles of using drugs gently,smoothing activity of qi and protecting spleen and stomach carefully,and argues that attacking evil Qi should be done throughout the treatment of tumor because of healthy Qi will keep save when getting rid of evil Qi.
