摘　　要：目的：测定安息香中苯甲酸松柏酯的含量,建立以苯甲酸松柏酯为指标的安息香质量控制方法。方法：采用HPLC-DAD法测定27批次安息香中苯甲酸松柏酯的含量。结果：苯甲酸松柏酯在2.508-200.6μg/m L呈良好的线性关系,R=0.9999,平均回收率99.42%,RSD=2.01%。20批泰国安息香药材苯甲酸松柏酯含量在3.30%~66.75%之间,7批苏门答腊安息香未检测到该成分。结论：采用HPLC法测定安息香中苯甲酸松柏酯可行,可以作为安息香质量控制的依据,为安息香质量控制提供新的参考和依据。Objective： Establish a quality control method of benzoin using coniferyl benzoate. Methods： The determination was developed on HPLC-DAD,27 different storage time,coniferyl benzoate determination of the content of the study. Results： coniferyl benzoate was a good linear relationship 2. 508 ~ 200. 6 μg / m L,R = 0. 9999,the average recovery rate 99. 42%,RSD = 2. 01%. 20 batches of medicines in the Siam Benzoin benzoin CB content between 3. 3% ~ 66. 75%,7 batches of medicines in the Sumatra benzoin does not contain this ingredient. Conclusion： This HPLC methold can be applied in the determination of coniferyl benzoate in benzoin. Coniferyl benzoate as a basis for quality control of benzoin and store the benzoin coniferyl benzoate content has influenced life.
