水穴埋线联合克罗米芬治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合症不孕症随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:评价水穴埋线联合克罗米芬治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组60例患者给予克罗米芬口服,治疗组60例患者在对照组基础上给予水穴埋线。连续治疗3个月经周期。观察患者治疗后排卵周期率、临床妊娠率、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数及宫颈粘液评分,观察患者治疗前后性激素水平的变化。结果:治疗组排卵周期率、妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数目及宫颈黏液评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组在性激素水平方面比较,治疗前无显著性差异,治疗后各组虽有变化,但是2组治疗后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:水穴埋线联合克罗米芬治疗可以明显改善肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的性激素水平变化,从而提高妊娠率和排卵周期率,其疗效明显由于单纯克罗米芬口服。为探索治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕症提供更有效的治疗方案。Objective： Evaluation led catgut embedding therapy combined with clomiphene in treatment of obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome clinical curative effect of the cause of infertility. Methods： 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into into treatment group and control group,control group of 60 cases of patients with oral administration of clomiphene citrate（ CC）,treatment group of 60 cases of patients in the given led catgut embedding group based on the control. Treatment lasted for 3 menstrual cycles. The changes of sex hormone levels in the patients were observed after the treatment,the rate of ovulation,clinical pregnancy rate,endometrial thickness,number of mature follicles and cervical mucus score. Results： The rate of ovulation in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the number of mature ovarian follicles and cervical mucus score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between the treatment group and the control group,although there was a change in the treatment group,but the 2 groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： LED catgut embedding therapy combined with clomiphene treatment can significantly improve obesity type polycystic ovarian syndrome patients with changes in sex hormone levels,so as to improve the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,the curative effect is obviously due to simple oral clomiphene citrate. To provide a more effective treatment for the treatment of infertility with obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome.
