益气补肾复方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:建立中西医联合治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的优化方案,达到更好的临床疗效,提高病人生活质量,尽量延长其生存周期。方法:按照单中心、随机、平行对照、单盲的方法,把符合纳入标准的患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组:西医常规化疗+协定方,服用益气补肾复方4个月,同时化疗4个疗程;对照组:同试验组相同的化疗方案,不服用中药,连续化疗4个疗程。并在预计时间评价RECIST标准评分、KPS评分来统计分析。结果:按照RECIST标准评价,两组在缩小瘤体疗效方面无统计学差异(P>0.05);按KPS评分评价,两组在KPS评分的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:从观察指标的总有效率来讲,中西医结合治疗IIIb-IV期NSCLC的总体疗效相对于单纯的西医化疗,具有一定优势,益气补肾法在治疗中晚期NSCLC中有减毒增效的功效。Objective： To establish an optimal method for the treatment of NSCLC patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,to achieve better clinical efficacy,to improve the quality of life of patients,to extend the life cycle. Methods：According to the multi center,randomized,parallel control and single blind method,the patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Experimental group： routine chemotherapy ＋ agreement side,taking Yi QiBushen decoction for 4 months,and 4 cycles of chemotherapy; control group： test group the same chemotherapy regimen,not taking the Chinese medicine,continuous chemotherapy four course. And the estimated time to evaluate the RECIST standard score,KPS score to statistical analysis. Results： According to the RECIST standard,the two groups had no significant difference in the efficacy of the tumor. Conclusion： From the total efficiency of observation,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with treatment IIIb-IV NSCLC of stage of overall efficacy compared to a simple western medicine chemotherapy and has certain advantages,the method of Supplementing Qi and tonifying kidney in the treatment of advanced NSCLC can increase the efficacy.
