摘　　要：张之文教授是全国著名的温病学家,其运用疏风法治疗过敏性疾病如:过敏性哮喘(咳嗽变异性哮喘)、过敏性鼻炎、过敏性皮炎、湿疹、荨麻疹颇有心得,本文通过对张老临床治疗上述疾患进行经验性总结,并列举医案分析,以期传承名老中医之学术精华,同时提高该类疾病临床疗效。As a famous expert of seasonal febrile disease,Professor Zhang zhiwen is specialize in aphylactic diseases treated by dispelling wind and achieved excellent clinical effects,such as allergic asthma（ cough variant asthma） 、allergic rhinitis、allergic dermatitis、eczema 、urticaria. Make an empirical summary on the clinical treatment of the of aphylactic diseases and list of medical records and make the analysis,In order to inherit the academic essence of traditional Chinese Medicine,At the same time,improve the clinical efficacy of this kind of diseases.
