张景岳便秘学术思想浅析

摘　　要：本文对明代医家张景岳对于便秘的学术思想做一归纳总结浅析,张氏认为秘结,即便秘,可以简单的分为阴结、阳结两种;肾司二便,对于便秘的病因,除了外感伤寒阳明腑实,多是由于肾的阴阳失衡所致,当然从整体观上讲,便秘与五脏失调均有关系。并在治疗上作出了指导:阳结者,邪有余,宜攻宜泻;阴结者,正不足,宜补宜滋,于临床大有裨益。This text is a summmary that briefly ananlyses Zhang Jing-yue＇s academic idea about constipation. In Zhang＇s opinion,＂ Mi Jie＂ means ＂constipation＂,simply dividing into ＂Yang Jie＂and ＂Yin Jie＂. As for the pathogenesis of the constipation,besides the external Shanghan leading to excess of Yang Ming fu-organs,the constipation is mainly causes by the disharmony of kidney yin and Kidney yang,owing to the theory that kidney governs the stool and the urination,According to the holism,the constipation had relations with five zang-organs. Zhang also gave directions in treatments. Treatment for Yang Jie,caused by the excessions evil,should be purgation. Treatments for Yin Jie,caused by the insufficient of healthy qi,should be tonification. Zhang＇ s theory has great effect on the clinic.
