摘　　要：对虾养殖业的兴起与发展是市场需求与技术进步共同推动的结果。文章借助于中国渔业统计年鉴及联合国粮农组织渔业统计数据库,梳理了1958—2015年中国对虾养殖业整体发展规模、养殖品种、单产水平、生产成本与收益等指标的发展变化情况;分析了对虾苗种繁育和养殖环节的病害防控、营养需求和饲料配方以及精细化管理等技术变迁的路径,以便深度挖掘产业发展的演进规律,为制定产业可持续发展战略提供参考。The rise and development of shrimp aquaculture industry is the result of market demand andtechnological progress. Based on the data of China fisheries yearbook and Fishstat J database from FAO, theauthor made a qualitative and quantitative analysis of China＇s overall scale of shrimp aquaculture from 1958 to2015, the changes of the indicators including breeding species, yield per unit area, production cost andincome, and the changes of technological path for shrimp breeding, disease prevention and control, nutritionalneeds, diet formulation and delicacy management. The study could clarify the evolution rule and providereference for formulating a sustainable development strategy of shrimp aquaculture.
