摘  要:以大量堆存的固体废弃物赤泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,通过首先低温发泡成型而后高温煅烧的工艺制备了赤泥粉煤灰添加量达90 mass%以上、可用于废水除油滤料的泡沫陶瓷。研究了煅烧温度和原料配比对泡沫陶瓷性能的影响。当烧结温度为1150℃,赤泥和粉煤灰的比例为1∶1时,制备的泡沫陶瓷的显气孔率为60%以上,抗压强度在2 MPa以上。为了提高泡沫陶瓷的除油效果,泡沫陶瓷用KH-550进行表面氨基改性,改性泡沫陶瓷60 min内除油效率约为80%。改性泡沫陶瓷的除油效果和商业陶瓷滤料相当。Foamed ceramics from red mud and fly ash were prepared by first foaming and moulding at lower temperature and then calcination at higher temperature. The content of red mud and fly ash can reach up to 90 mass%. The influence of calcination temperature and ratio of the wastes on the properties of the foamed ceramics were extensively studied. As the calcination temperature is 1150 ℃ and the ratio of red mud to fly ash is 1∶ 1,the apparent porosity of the foamed ceramics is more than 60% and its compressive strength is higher than 2 MPa which satisfies the application as oil removal filter of waste water. In order to improve their oil remove efficiency,the prepared foamed ceramics is modified by KH-550 and their oil removal efficiency to waste water containing oil is higher than 70% within 60 min and equal to the commercial ceramic filter.
