摘 要:采用EBSD分析技术对冷轧无取向电工硅钢和冷轧取向电工硅钢的晶粒取向特征进行了研究。结果表明,无取向电工硅钢轧制表面的OIM图呈多种颜色分布,晶界取向差在18.9°-37.4°之间,晶粒度6.0-10.0级,在反极图上,(001)、(101)和(111)晶面有漫散的织构存在。取向电工硅钢轧制表面的OIM图的色彩单调,晶粒粗大,晶界取向差在7.9°-16.0°之间,在反极图上,仅(101)晶面有锋锐的织构,(001)和(111)晶面没有织构存在。根据OIM图和反极图的分析,可以鉴别电工硅钢的晶粒取向。The grain orientation characterizations of the cold-rolled electrical steel sheets were studied by EBSD technique. Results show that for the rolled surface of the non-oriented electrical steel sheets,OIM maps are in variety of color distribution,the misorientation angle is in the range of 18. 9-37. 4 degree,grain size is 6. 0 to 10. 0 grade,the diffuse distribution of textures on the inverse pole figures of the( 001),( 101) and( 111) crystal plane is observed. For the rolled surface of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheets,the color of OIM maps is monotone,the grains are very coarse,the misorientation angle is at 7. 9 to 16. 0 degree,the sharp Goss textures only exist in the( 101) crystal plane,however,there are no the textures in the( 001) and( 111) crystal plane on the inverse pole figures. According to the OIM map and the inverse pole figure,the non-oriented electrical steel sheet and the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet can be identified.
