摘 要:针对白皎煤矿高瓦斯煤层群中部煤层的工程地质条件,提出并实践了切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采的技术,研究了留巷加固支护、切顶自动成巷和采空区防灭火工艺。研究表明:采用切顶卸压技术,将采空区原整体的顶板提前采用爆破切顶的方法使采空区垮冒区域与沿空留巷区顶板的压力实现应力分区,当不需要留巷部分采空区顶板在周期来压作用下自然垮落后,形成新巷帮,成功保留2443机巷,从根本上解决了在高瓦斯煤层群开采过程中留设煤柱带来的应力集中、瓦斯突出、煤柱发火等技术难题。According to the engineering geological conditions of the central coal seam in high gas coal seam group in Baijiao mine,the paper proposes and practices the non- pillar mining technology of gob- side entry retaining with roof cutting pressure releasing,studied the processes of retained roadway reinforcement support,roof cutting roadway formation and goaf fire prevention and extinguishing. Research shows that,using roof cutting pressure releasing technology, the integral roof of goaf is divided through blasting roof cutting,realizing stress division of goaf collapse zone and roadway retaining zone,the new roadway rib forms as goaf roof fell in the un- retained part under periodic weighting,and the 2443 machine roadway is retained,fundamentally solving the technical difficulties of stress concentration,gas outburst,coal pillar fire,etc.,in coal pillar retaining in high gas coal seam group mining process.
