摘 要:基于山西凌志达煤矿15101工作面原有回撤通道支护方案,采用数值模拟方法,研究了巷道受力变形特征。根据数值模拟结果分析,巷道支护强度满足安全回撤要求,但锚杆、锚索间排距过小,从而导致工作面回撤滞后,回撤周期过长。为解决该问题,分析了回撤巷道支护强度特征,提出了支护优化方案,采用数值模拟方法选取最优方案用于回撤巷道支护,并进行现场实测。结果表明,该方案满足支护安全回撤要求,减小了材料消耗,缩短了工作面回撤周期。Based on the original support scheme of retracement channel in 15101 working face in Lingzhida coal mine,numerical simulation is applied to research the roadway deformation characteristics under stress. According to the simulation results,the support intensity is favorable,while the row spacing between bolt and anchor cable is too small,leading to lag in retracement and long retracement period. To solve this problem,this paper analyzes the retracement roadway support strength characteristics, and proposes the optimization scheme, and selects the optimal retracement scheme for roadway support with numerical simulation,and which is verified in field measurement. Results show that,the security requirements are satisfied,the material consumption is reduced,and the period is shortened.
