摘 要:采用地压平衡条件和应力坐标变换的方法,对煤矿长斜井井筒外荷载演化规律进行理论分析,建立了圆柱坐标系下的斜井井筒外荷载计算模型。斜井井筒受有径向荷载、环向和轴向剪切荷载等三类荷载。径向荷载、轴向剪切荷载对称于Y轴,环向剪切荷载反对称于Y轴;三类荷载在井筒两帮均为最小,其中剪切荷载为零,径向荷载等于相应垂深立井井筒水平侧压力;在环向角45°和135°两个斜对称轴位置,环向剪切荷载达到最大;轴向剪切荷载以断面水平轴呈上、下反向分布,即水平轴以上方向向下、水平轴以下方向向上。在工程常见的倾斜角0°~30°范围内,外荷载随倾斜角几乎呈线性增加;井筒外半径b对荷载的影响较小,可以忽略。The external load evolution law of long inclined mining shaft is investigated by means of earth pressure equilibrium condition and coordinate transformation. A theoretical model is established for calculating external load of inclined shaft in cylindrical coordinate. Load of inclined shaft can be classified as: radial load,circumferential load,and axial shear load.The radical and axial shear load of inclined shaft is Y axially symmetric and the circumferential load is on the Y axially anti- symmetric. All the three types of load achieve a minimum value at two sides of shaft,the shear load value is 0 and radial load is equal to the lateral pressure of corresponding depth vertical shaft. In the circumferential direction angle 45°and 135°,the circumferential shear load achieves a maximum value. Inclined shaft axial shear load above and below the horizontal axis plane is reverse distribution,the load direction above the horizontal axis plane is down and below the plane is up. In the normal project of which inclined angle ranges from 0° to 30°,the external load increased approximately linearly with the inclined angle. The outer diameter b of inclined shaft has a similar effect on load,which can be ignored.
