摘 要:贸易自由化背景下,国内劳动力市场被置于开放经济的环境下。开放经济中劳动力市场调整的出口红利效应、就业效应、工资效应等方面得到经济学家的广泛关注。理论进展和经验证据的丰富,使得作业贸易与离岸外包理论、开放条件下的企业和劳动力异质性理论、专用要素论等得到发展,为解释开放经济中的就业、不平等、技术进步等提供了新的视野,并对发展中国家人力资本积累和推进绿色劳动力市场研究具有启示性意义。The labor markets of a country are taken into an open environment as they encounter with international trade liberalization.The bonus of exports,the effects of employment and wages are issues of interest for studies along with the labor markets adjustment processes in such an open economy. The progress of theories and the emerging of empirical evidences made the hypotheses of task-trading and off-shoring,the hypotheses of firm and labor heterogeneity,and the hypotheses of specialized productive factors updating significantly,and made them new scopes of explanation of employment,inequality,technological progress in such an open economy. And consequently,it has an illuminating significance for the developing countries to accumulate labor resources and promote green labor market research.
