农民参加新型农村社会养老保险制度的影响因素研究——基于Logistic回归模型和WLS修正分析

摘　　要：建立新型农村社会养老保险是解决日益严峻的农村养老问题的必要举措,也是统筹城乡发展、全面实现小康、构建和谐社会的战略需要。在总结借鉴前人相关研究的基础上,基于对广东、湖北和甘肃等省市的新农保试点状况的实地调研数据,采用Logistic回归模型和WLS修正分析,探讨了影响农民参加新型农村社会养老保险决策过程的客观特征因素和主观认知因素。并从这些影响因素入手,提出了提高农民参保积极性,进一步推动新农保制度发展的建议。The establishment of new rural social pension insurance system is a must to solve the increasingly severe problems of rural old-age,to balance urban and rural development,and to realize the strategic all-round well-off and harmonious society. After summing up and drawing on the basis of previous studies,based on the field survey data of Guangdong,Hubei and Gansu provinces and cities in the new rural social pension insurance pilot status,this paper discussed the objective characteristic factors and subjective cognitive factors that influence the farmers to participate in the new rural social pension insurance system decision-making process by using the analysis of Logistic regression model and WLS correction. Starting from these factors,the paper proposes some suggestions to improve the enthusiasm of farmers＇ participating,and to further promote the development of the new type of rural social pension insurance system.
