摘 要:为解决煤矿井下瓦斯抽排孔施工过程中正循环压风钻进工艺产生的粉尘污染问题,借鉴引射器原理设计近水平反循环钻头,利用单因素试验设计原理对钻头底部5个结构参数进行试验优化研究,得到钻头底部最优结构参数。当近水平反循环钻头直径为96 mm时,其最优底部结构参数是:底喷孔直径D1=3 mm、底喷孔扩大段直径D2=10 mm、底喷孔扩大段厚度H1=20mm、扩压槽深度H2=20 mm、扩压槽螺旋角度A=10°。In order to solve the dust pollution problem on vent hole drilling of coal- mine gas with normal circulation of pressured air,the ejection theory has been applied to the design of nearly horizontal reverse circulation drill bit in mining drilling. According to the design principle of single factor trial,5 structural parameters of the bottom of reverse circulation drill bit was tested in laboratory with single factor trial,and the optimized structural parameter of the bottom of reverse circulation drill bit was obtained. It can be concluded that while the diameter of nearly horizontal reverse circulation drill bit is 96 mm,the optimized structural parameter configuration of the bottom of drill bit is: D1= 3 mm,D2= 10 mm,H1= 20 mm,H2= 20 mm and A = 10°,which denotes the diameter of flushing nozzle,the diameter of expansion section in flushing nozzle,the depth of expansion section in flushing nozzle,the depth of diffusion slot and the auger angle of diffusion slot,respectively.
