摘　　要：利用三峡库区491个移民户的调研数据,在研究人力资本对移民创业绩效影响的基础上,探索了社会网络的中介效应作用以及社区环境的调节作用。结果显示:知识水平、经验水平、能力水平、社会网络与移民创业绩效显著正相关;社会网络在人力资本与移民创业绩效关系中发生中介效应作用;社区环境在人力资本与移民创业绩效之间起正向调节作用。Based on human capital＇ effect on the immigrants＇ entrepreneurial performance,this paper explores the mediating effect of social network and the regulation of community environment by the survey data of 491 immigrant families in Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Results show that knowledge level,experience level,ability level and social network are positively related to immigrants＇ entrepreneurial performance; the social network has intermediary effect between human capital and immigrants＇ entrepreneurial performance; community environment regulats positively between human capital and immigrants＇ entrepreneurial performance.
