摘  要:以阴香叶为试材,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对阴香叶黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行研究。结果表明,阴香叶黄酮类化合物提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度90%,提取温度40℃,提取时间75 min,料液比1∶35(g/m L),在此工艺条件下黄酮类化合物的平均提取率为2.38%。阴香叶含有较高的黄酮类化合物,值得开发利用。Using the Cinnamomum burmannii leaves as the test material, the extraction process of flavonoids from Cinnamomum burmannii leaves was studied by the single factor experiments and orthogonal test. The results showed that, the optimum conditions of extracting flavonid compounds in Cinnamomum burmannii leaves were as follow:ethanol concentration was 90%, extracting temperature was 40 ℃, extracting duration was 75 minutes and ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶35(g/m L). In this condition, the extraction rate was 2.38%. The Cinnamomum burmannii leaves contained high contents of flavonoids, it was worthy of exploiting.
