摘 要:为解决球形内检测器——智能球在埋地输油管道内工作时示踪定位困难的问题,针对智能球自身局限性,提出基于极低频电磁原理的智能球示踪定位方法.首先分析智能球在管道内运动规律,建立智能球示踪模型,在此基础上推导出电磁信号发射机产生磁场的解析表达式.然后根据实际应用分析影响磁场分布规律的因素,并根据磁场分布的特征,提出智能球示踪定位方法.最后搭建测试系统,在模拟管道和实际管道上进行实验验证了智能球示踪方法可行性.在埋深1 m,管径219 mm,壁厚5.6 mm的长距离输油管线上,智能球示踪方法可以实现示踪定位功能.To tackle the difficulty in tracking and localizing spherical pipeline internal detector( hereinafter referred to as smartball) in buried pipeline accurately,a novel tracking approach based on extremely low frequency electromagnetic was presented according to the limitations of smartball itself. Firstly,through researching the motion features of the smartball in the pipeline,a smartball tracking model was established and then the distribution of electromagnetic fields of the signal transmitter inside the smartball was derived. Secondly,according to the practical application,the factor of the magnetic field distribution was analyzed and a practical application tracking method for smartball was proposed correspondingly. Finally,the smartball tracking model theory was proved via experimental results using the test system which was carried out in the simulation pipeline and the actual pipeline. In the long-distance oil pipeline with1 m in buried depth,219 mm in diameter,and 5. 6 mm in wall thickness,the smartball tracking approach can perfectly realize the tracking and localization function.
