天然橡胶抗撕裂性能的研究

摘　　要：以三级烟片胶100份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸0.5份、炭黑30份、促进剂M 0.5份、促进剂CZ 1.2份为基础配方,考察过氧化二异丙苯、硫磺、不同品种炭黑、酚醛树脂4因子对天然橡胶抗撕裂性能的影响。结果表明,选用牌号N330的炭黑,过氧化二异丙苯、硫磺和酚醛树脂的加入量分别为2份、1.2份、2份时,天然硫化胶料的抗撕裂性能最大,为53.6 k N/m,拉伸强度17.8 MPa。100 Parts of three-level smoke sheet rubber,5 parts of zinc oxide,0. 5 parts of stearic acid,30 parts of carbon black,0. 5 parts of accelerant M,1. 2 parts of accelerator CZ were setted as a basic formulation. The influence of dicumyl peroxide,sulfur,carbon black and phenolic resins on the tear resistance of the natural rubber was investigated. The results show that when N330 was selected from the varieties of the carbon blacks and the addition of dicumyl peroxide,sulfur,phenolic resins was 2 parts,1. 2 parts,2parts,respectively,the tear resistance reached a maximum,as 53. 6 k N / m,the tensile strength of the vulcanized natural rubber was 17. 8 MPa.
