摘 要:管理人员的社会性别意识对其作出体现性别公正的决策有着重要影响。"社会性别意识"这一概念可以从"女性能力认知因子""性别角色认知因子"和"女性权力参与认知因子"三个方面进行测量。描述性分析结果表明,管理人员对于女性能力的认可度较高,但在性别角色分工认知上仍然深受传统观念的影响。从管理人员社会性别意识的影响因素来看,多元回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、受教育程度、单位类型、年收入、妇女权益保障法的认知情况、家庭权力的分布情况、家务劳动承担情况、家庭经济贡献情况、家庭地位满意度、父亲职业、母亲职业、配偶职业、出生地、户口性质等变量对三个因子中的一个或全部具有显著的影响。Administrators' gender consciousness has an important influence on the objectivity of their decisions. In the present study, gender consciousness is explored from three aspects: the factor of cognition for women's competence, the factor of gender role cognition, and the factor of cognition of women participation in decision making. Descriptive analysis shows that administrators have high degree of recognition for women's competence, while their cognition of gender role is still influenced profoundly by traditional ideas. Multiple regression analysis shows that the following variables have significant influence on the three factors above: gender,age, degree of education, types of institutions they work in, annual income, their awareness of the law on the protection of women's rights, their power in the family, commitment of housework, their contribution to family finance, the degree of satisfaction with their status in the family, parents' and spouse's occupation, birthplace and household-registration, and so on.
