神经系统副肿瘤综合征中医辨证分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者进行中医辨证分析,探讨神经系统副肿瘤综合征与原发肿瘤之间的关系。方法:回顾已经确诊的神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者,分别对患者原发肿瘤及神经系统症状进行中医辨病、辨证,两次辨病辨证在2名不同的医师中进行,最后将患者原发肿瘤的辨证情况与神经系统副肿瘤综合征的辨证情况进行对比分析,判断两者的关系。结果:神经系统副肿瘤综合征的辨证与原发肿瘤的辨证具有良好的对应关系,且多数是原发肿瘤证候的并证。结论:神经系统副肿瘤综合征与原发肿瘤病因、病机相同。中医治疗应在全身辨证基础上,结合神经系统副肿瘤综合征的辨证情况进行临证加减。Objective： Analyzing the TCM by the patients with neurological paraneoplastic,explore thsyndrome and the relationship of neurological paraneoplastic and primary tumor.. Methods： Patients has been diagnosed with neurological paraneoplastic syndrome,which respectively was carried out on the patients with primary tumors and nervous system symptoms,disease and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine twice in two different disease syndrome differentiation of physicians,the final would be the primary tumor in patients with syndrome differentiation situation with neurological paraneoplastic syndrome differentiation situation,judging the relationship by this paper. Results： Neurological paraneoplastic syndrome differentiation and differentiation of primary tumor has a good corresponding relation,and the majority is syndrome of primary tumors and certificate. Conclusion： the neurological paraneoplastic syndrome and the overall etiology and pathogenesis of primary tumor is the same. TCM treatment should be based on the systemic differentiation,combined with neurological paraneoplastic syndrome differentiation situation for clinical add and subtract.
