摘  要:门老根据多年的临证经验认为,妇人素体阴柔,以肾为本,以血为用,故妇科病多以肾虚、血虚为最基本的病理基础。又由于个体之间存在着病因、病性、病程长短的差异,故而临床上寒热虚实错综相兼的病理变化往往更为常见,妇人妊娠病也不例外,然而因为妊娠期处于女性特殊生理阶段,出现胎漏、胎动不安本就胎元不稳,切不可峻补峻泄、过寒过热,稍有不慎,可加速胎儿陨堕。寿胎丸出自清代张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》,该方仅有4味:菟丝子、桑寄生、川续断、阿胶,然其是临证中治疗习惯性流产及预防流产的验方,也是肾虚滑胎的基本方。但此方乃预防之法非救济之法,临床当需变通,若胎气已动,或阴道下血,切记不可单用此方。Based on many years' clinical experience,Professor MEN believes that the basic Pathology of the gynecological diseases can be concluded as Kidney deficiency and blood deficiency according to the constitution characteristics of women,who are normally feminine in Physiological function. Clinically,the complicated pathological manifestations of cold-heat and deficiency-execess are rather common,which is due to different etiology,nature of disease and disease duration. Especially,during the gestation period,when vaginal bleeding during pregnancy or threatened abortion happens,any inappropriate treatment or a little too cold or hot would cause worse problems. A TCM formula called Shou Tai Wan( Fetus Protection Pill),which was recorded in a book named Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu( Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination),has been a basic and well proved clinical recipes in prevention of habitual abortion mainly due to Kidney deficiency,with four herbs-Semen Tusizi( Cuscuta chinensis),Sangjisheng( Parasitic loranthus),Chuanduan( Dipsacus asperoides) and Ejiao( Colla corii asini). Being a preventive treatment,it is necessary to applied with other formula to achieve ideal outcome if the fetus has got disturbed or vaginal bleeding has happened.
