基于中西医临床诊疗特点的烧(烫)伤动物模型分析

摘　　要：目的:分析基于中西医临床诊疗特点的烧(烫)伤及动物模型及应用。方法:通过查阅国内外近年来有关文献,从临床病症的烧(烫)伤特点及现代应用的烧(烫)伤动物模型等方面进行分析。结果:现有的烧(烫)伤动物模型表现出来烧(烫)伤程度与临床上主要的症状相似度比较高。结论:动物烧(烫)伤模型还有待改善,应更进一步的根据临床上患者的症状及指标进行改善,为临床提供更可靠的依据。Objective： To analyze the application of burn and scald injury animal models based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of TCM and Western Medicine. Methods： by referring to the recent literature at home and abroad the characteristics of burn and scald injury in clinics and the related animal models application in modern times were analyzed. Results： There exists a great similarity between the burn injury animal model and the scald injury animal model in aspects of injury extent and the main clinical symptoms. Conclusion： It is necessary to improve the burn animal model and the scald injury animal models according to the specific clinical symptoms and related indicators in order to provide more reliable animal models for clinical researches.
