刺五加抗抑郁作用探析

摘　　要：刺五加的化学成分和药理作用繁多且复杂,包含多种苷类、黄酮等活性成分以及多种氨基酸和微量元素,具备抗应激刺激、抗疲劳反应、抗氧化反应等多种药理作用,对中枢神经系统、免疫系统以及内分泌系统等多系统具有双向调控作用。刺五加治疗抑郁症疗效确切,其可能途径包括提高单胺类递质含量、调节脑内神经营养因子、修复受损神经元、清除自由基、抗氧化等多个方面。临床配伍应用刺五加治疗抑郁症疗效亦十分显著。目前,刺五加的不良反应报道主要集中在注射液剂型,刺五加注射液的不良反应主要表现为皮疹、瘙痒、发热、寒战、哮喘、过敏性休克、偏头痛等。因此,刺五加作为临床常用抗抑郁药物,在从活性成分、复方配伍增效、剂型研究等方面还有待进一步研究。Ciwujia（ Acanthopanax） contains a variety of glycosides,flavonoids and other active ingredients and a variety of amino acids and trace elements. It can be used in anti-stress anti-fatigue,and anti-oxidation. It plays a two-way regulatory role working on human central nervous system,the immune system,the endocrine system and other systems. Acanthopanax can be used in curative treatment of depression,which may function in improving the content of monoamine neurotransmitters,regulating the brain neurotrophic factor,repairing the damaged neurons,clearing the free radicals,and being anti-oxidation. Clinical application of Acanthopanax compatibility is also effective in treating depression. However,currently,the reported adverse effect of Acanthopanax is mainly in the injection formulations,such as rash,itching,fever,chills,asthma,anaphylactic shock,and migraine. Therefore,as a commonly used anti-depression medicine in clinical,further research in the component,combination and dosage form of Acanthopanax is needed.
