中药复方干预慢性丙型肝炎病毒学应答的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:通过观察丙型肝炎的早期病毒学应答(enhanced video renderer,EVR)、治疗结束时病毒学应答(end-of-treatment response,ETVR)和持续病毒学应答(sustained viral response,SVR),评价中药复方治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方医药期刊论文、中文科技期刊全文数据库、Cochrane Library、Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库,查找2004年1月—2013年12月发表的关于中药复方治疗慢性丙型肝炎的随机对照研究,对照组使用干扰素和利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组上联合中药复方治疗。评价纳入研究的质量,并进行Meta分析。结果:共18项随机对照研究纳入分析,总计1 024例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,治疗组在EVR[OR=1.57,95%CI(1.07,2.30),P<0.05],ETVR[OR=1.72,95%CI(1.28,2.30),P<0.01],SVR[OR=2.34,95%CI(1.61,3.41),P<0.01]方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药复方治疗慢性丙型肝炎在病毒学应答方面有较好的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicines for Chronic Hepatitis C virus infection by observing early virological response（ EVR）,end of therapy virological response（ ETVR） and sustained virological response（ SVR）. Methods： Randomized controlled trials from January 2004 to December 2013 in multiple data-base（ China National Knowledge Internet,Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database,Wanfang medical journal papers,Cochrane Library,Pub Med and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database） were reviewed. The patients of control group were treated with interferon and ribavirin. The patients of treatment group were treated with compound chinese herbal medicines and therapeutic regimen of control group. After assessing the quality of researches,the meta-analysis was carried on. Results： 18 RCTs consisting of 1024 patients were included. Meta-analysis results showed that difference of EVR[OR = 1. 57,95% CI（ 1. 07,2. 30）,P〈0. 05],ETVR[OR = 1. 72,95% CI（ 1. 28,2. 30）,P〈0. 01] and SVR[OR = 2. 34,95% CI（ 1. 61,3. 41）,P〈0. 01]. Conclusion： Compound Chinese herb medicines have good therapeutic effect on virological response of chronic hepatitis C.
