活血化瘀汤对膝骨性关节炎患者血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀汤对膝骨性关节炎患者血清中白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的影响。方法:40例膝骨性关节炎患者为治疗组,健康人为对照组。对照组不采用药物治疗;治疗组口服活血化瘀汤治疗,连续治疗30 d。治疗后观察治疗组患者治疗前和治疗后Lequesne总指数,血清中白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的变化。结果:并比较治疗后血清中白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,治疗组患者的临床症状得到明显改善,与治疗前Lequesne总指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:活血化瘀汤可有效改善膝骨性关节炎患者Lequesne总指数,疗效满意。膝骨性关节炎患者血清中白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α含量在疾病诊断和治疗效果评价中起重要作用。Objective： To explore the curative effect of senile knee osteoarthritis treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction and the level of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α in serum. Methods： 40 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The control group was given no treatment and the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction for 30 d. The Lequesne index and the level of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α in serum were observed before and after treatment and evaluating the response to treatment. Results： The levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α in serum of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group before the treatment（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with the Lequesne index before treatment,the clinical symptoms of of treatment group were markedly improved after a months＇ treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α in serum of treatment group were obviously decreased after the treatment（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Huoxue Huayu decoction can improve the Lequesne index of knee osteoarthritis significantly with satisfactory results. The level of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α in serum of knee osteoarthritis plays important roles in the diagnosis of disease and treatment evaluation.
