摘  要:目的:研究紫草素锌配合物的合成过程,并观察其对人宫颈癌He La细胞的抑制作用。方法:通过紫草素与醋酸锌反应得到紫草素锌配合物,并将紫草素和配合物通过紫外-可见分光光度法和红外光谱法进行表征;紫草素和紫草素锌对He La细胞体外的增殖抑制作用采用细胞毒性检测CCK-8法检测。结果:紫草素和紫草素锌配合物和对He La细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为2.72 mg·L-1和8.59 mg·L-1。结论:紫草素和紫草素锌均具有抗宫颈癌肿瘤活性,但紫草素与锌形成配合物后对He La细胞的增殖抑制作用降低。Objective: To study the synthesis process of Shikonin zinc complex and observe the inhibitory effect on human cervical carcinoma He La cells. Methods: Shikonin zinc complexe was obtained by reaction of Shikonin and zinc acetate and Shikonin and the complexes were characterized by UV visible spectrophotometry and infrared spectroscopy. The inhibition of shikonin and shikonin Zinc on He La cell proliferation was detected in vitro cytotoxicity by using CCK-8 assay. Results: The half inhibitory concentration( IC50) of shikonin and shikonin zinc complexe on He La cells was 2. 72 mg·L- 1and 8. 59 mg·L- 1. Conclusion: both Shikonin and Shikonin zinc complexe have an anti-tumor effect on cervical cancer,but the inhibition role Shikonin and zinc complexe on He La cell proliferation was lower than that of Shikonin.
