滋阴益气方加减辨治2型糖尿病高脂血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究滋阴益气方加减辨证治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的糖尿病高脂血症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。在基础治疗的基础上,对照组给予血脂康进行治疗,观察组给予滋阴益气方治疗。测定患者治疗前后空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(hemoglobin A1C,Hb A1c)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C),并评价临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗8周后FBG为(7.21±0.39)mmol·L-1,Hb A1c为(7.20±0.72)%,均明显低于对照组的(9.17±0.52)mmol·L-1、(7.41±0.81)%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗8周后TG为(1.65±0.32)mmol·L-1,TC为(4.92±0.58)mmol·L-1,LDL-C为(3.31±0.32)mmol·L-1,均明显低于对照组的(2.14±0.27)mmol·L-1、(5.39±0.52)mmol·L-1、(4.27±0.29)mmol·L-1(P<0.05);而观察组治疗后的HDL-C为(1.48±0.32)mmol·L-1明显高于对照组(1.32±0.29)mmol·L-1(P<0.05),上述指标组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床有效率为88.33%,明显高于对照组的77.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴益气方治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效显著。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of Zi Yin Yi Qi Decoction in treatment of hyperlipidemia of Type 2 Diabetes.Methods： Diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. On the basis of the basic treatment,the control group was given Xuezhikang in treatment,while the observation group was given Zi Yin Yi Qi Decoction in treatment. Patients’ fasting glucose levels（ FBG）,HbA 1c,triglyceride（ TG）,total cholesterol（ TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C） were measured and the clinical efficacy were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results： 8 weeks after treatment,observation group patients’ FBG,HbA 1c was（ 7. 21 ± 0. 39） mmol·L- 1and（ 7. 20 ± 0. 72） % respectively,which significantly lower than those of the control group,being（ 9. 17 ± 0. 52） mmol·L- 1and（ 7. 41 ± 0. 81） % respectively. patients’ TG,TC and LDL-C of observation group was（ 1. 65 ±0. 32） mmol·L- 1,（ 4. 92 ± 0. 58） %,and（ 3. 31 ± 0. 32） mmol·L- 1respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,being（ 2. 14 ± 0. 27） mmol·L- 1,（ 5. 39 ± 0. 52） mmol·L- 1and（ 4. 27 ± 0. 29） mmol·L- 1respectively.Patients’ HDL-C the observation group was（ 1. 48 ± 0. 32） mmol·L- 1,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,being（ 1. 32 ± 0. 29） mmol·L- 1（ P 〈 0. 05）. The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,being 77. 33 %（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Zi Yin Yi Qi Decoction is effectivein treating for hyperlipidemia of type 2 diabetes.
