房定亚治疗膝关节炎用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究房定亚教授治疗膝关节炎的治疗规律。方法:将房教授诊治的膝关节炎患者共45例143诊次的病历采用结构化病历模板录入中国中医科学院西苑医院科研病例采集系统,运用Weka3.4数据挖掘软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:房教授常用的基本方是四神煎,高频次治法有清热解毒、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰、益气养阴、解痉止痛;高频次药物有虎杖、白花蛇舌草、蜈蚣、白芍、山慈菇、生甘草、葛根、豨签草、蜂房、青风藤等。结论:房教授治疗膝关节炎注重专病专方,治疗原则以清热解毒为基础,兼顾滋阴、化痰和活血。Objective： To study the experience of professor Fang Dingya in treating for knee osteoarthritis. Method： Medical records of 45 patients treated by Professor Fang in 143 consultations were input into database with structuralized medical record template.System Software of Weka 3. 4 was applied to carry out the systematical analysis of the data. Results： The Basic prescription of professor Fang is Si Shen decoction. The treatment method involves heat clearing and detoxification,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,dispelling dampness and phlegm,tonifying Qi and Yin as well as resolving tetany and relieving pain. Most frequently used medicines are Polygonum cuspidatum,diffusa,centipede,peony,mountain Arrowhead,raw licorice,kudzu root,Herba sign grass,hives and Caulis,etc. Conclusion： Professor Fang pays more attention to use special prescriptions for special Diseases.The treatment method includes heat clearing and detoxification,promoting blood circulation,dispelling phlegm,tonifying Yin,etc.
