浅谈中西医结合与中医现代化

摘　　要：实现中医现代化,要用现代化科学理论对中医传统理论进行改造、理解和解释。中医正朝着现代化科学化医学的道路大步迈进,中西医结合经过半个多世纪的发展,目前中医学与现代科学尤其是基础学科结合的研究取得了一些成就,中医有必要借鉴西医发展的经验,紧密结合现代科学技术,从而走向现代化,实现真正的"中西医结合"。但目前实现中医的现代化、国际化也存在一些困难和问题,如对理论研究的认识不够全面,造成了研究的错位,未能及时建立起科学的力量和假说来指导实践研究,理论思维存在偏差,精通多学科的复合知识型人才匮乏等结果,这些问题还有待于中医研究者们进一步思考和解决。In order to achieve the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,the theories of traditional Chinese medicine need to be transformed,understood and explained with modern scientific theory. Chinese medicine is moving along the path of modern scientific medicine. After half a century″s development,there are achievements the study of traditional Chinese medicine integrated with modern science,especially in some basic disciplines. It is necessary for Chinese medicine to learn from Western medicine. By combining modern science and technology,the modernization of TCM and ＂ the Integrative Medicine＂ would be achieved. However,there are some difficulties and problems in the realization of TCM modernization and internationalization,such as lack of comprehensive theoretical study and the dislocation of study. Because of the failure in establishment of a scientific theory and hypothesis to guide the practice of research and the deviation of theoretical thinking in addition to the shortage of multi-disciplinary background talented researchers,these issues need to be further reflected and resolved.
