《金匮要略》病名特点及其规范

摘　　要：《金匮要略》中的病名存在多种命名方式,甚至病、证、症相互混淆,理应对其进行规范。规范《金匮要略》病名的原则有:1要找到已经公认的定义严格的中医病名,如"中风""胸痹""哮喘"等,这类疾病一般都是中医的大病种,由于临床实践多,认识时间长,所以认识较为深入;2要实现中医病种和西医病种接轨。这种对接必然会带给我们许多现代科学领域先进的方法和技术,从而为中医学的发展和创新提供契机;3直接引进西医的病种,这是指中医没有的病名或是中医没有发现的病种,如某些癌症等。规范《金匮要略》病名方法有:以病位命名,以病因命名,以阴阳命名。There are many way of naming the disease in Jin Gui Yao Lue（ Synopsis of the Golden Chamber）,even disease,syndrome and symptom confuse each other,should be to specification. Principles of disease name specification in Jinkui Yaolue are：（ 1） to find has been generally accepted with strict disease definition of traditional Chinese medicine name,such as ＂ stroke＂ ＂ obstruction＂ ＂ asthma＂,etc.,these diseases are generally not big disease of traditional Chinese medicine,because of more clinical practice,knowing for a long time,so understanding more in-depth;（ 2） to achieve the integration of traditional Chinese medicine disease and Western medicine diseases. This kind of docking will bring us many advanced methods and techniques in modern science,which will provide an opportunity for the development and innovation of TCM.（ 3） The introduction of western medicine disease name directly,that means disease of no Chinese name or have not been discovered yet in TCM,such as certain types of cancer,etc. Specification methods for Jin Gui Yao Lue disease names： named after the disease etiology,naming in pathogenesis,naming of Yin and Yang.
