“冰火疗法,重建阴阳”治疗中风后吞咽障碍

摘　　要：中风后吞咽障碍虽是中风病的症状,但其有独特病理演变过程,吞咽困难虽源于中风之因,但又别于中风之机。"饮水呛咳,吞咽困难"是在中风病机气血冲逆,痰瘀胶结脑络,蒙蔽清窍的基础上,进一步演变导致咽喉神机失用,咽部阴阳升降失职而现吞咽功能失约或失用引起,"冰火疗法,重建阴阳"之"冷"疗法,冰的刺激不仅可使阴精引阳气下潜,同时促进阴精化阳;"热"疗法,通过温灸作用于局部,不仅使阳气导阴精上承,同时促进阳气化阴。刺激日久,可使浅部之得气,逐渐推至深部,将阳分之气引致阴分,推内入阳,疏利阴分,深而留之,使冷热相济,阴阳相调,促进吞咽运动恢复。"冰火疗法,重建阴阳"这种反复冷热交替治疗,一可以调节咽部之经气,疏通十二经经气,有利于吞咽困难、饮水呛咳症状的改善,二可使神机复原,气血通畅,有利于吞咽功能恢复。最终达到疏通经络、痰消瘀化、升降有序、阴阳平衡、通关利窍之目的。Dysphagia after stroke,being one of the symptoms of stroke,has a peculiar mechanism. It is mainly due to the up running of Qi and blood and the phlegm and blood stasis in the upper part of patients and the disorder of Yin and Yang as well as the disorder of nervous system. The ＂ therapy of Ice and Fire＂ can tonify the Yin and Yang aspect of patients and regulate the movement of them within human body in order to achieve the new balance of Yin and Yang power. In this way the meridians and other systems of patients can be regulated. The swallowing function can be recovered after the meridians being cleared,the phlegm and the stasis being dissolved. Therefore,the problem of dysphagia would be solved eventually.
