外用生发方剂用药及配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘的方法研究外用生发方剂用药及配伍规律。方法:以《中医方剂大辞典》和《中医皮肤美容方剂大全》为方剂数据资源,查找出97首方剂。运用计算机数据挖掘技术初步构建生发方剂数据库,研究用药和配伍规律。结果:1动物脂肪、白芷、附子、蔓荆子、零陵香、乌麻油、川芎、防风等16味中药使用频率远高于其他药物。2清热药、解表药、补虚药、祛风湿药、化痰止咳平喘药、理气药、收涩药的使用频率排在最前。药物多归于肝、肺、脾、胃四经,且以温性或寒性药居多。3常见药对有白芷-零陵香、白芷-川芎、附子-白芷、蔓荆子-白芷。结论:在生发方剂中多用温性或寒性药物,且药物多归于肝、肺、脾、胃四经。使用的药物类别或常用药对组合与临床常见脱发证型相对应,以清热祛湿、健脾理气、化痰通络为主。Objective： By using data mining method the law of prescription of topical hair growth medication and compatibility is to be studied. Methods： From The Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription on Skin Care,the prescription data resources,97 prescriptions were found. By using the prescription data mining of computer technology,the drug use and compatibility regularity were worked out. Results：（1）The using frequency 16 kinds of drugs,namely animal fat,angelica dahurica,monkshood,fructus viticis,holy basil,and others is much higher than that of other drugs.（2）Drugs belong to antipyretic,diaphoretic,and tonic medicine,rheumatism medicine,cough and asthma-stopping medicine,Qi-regulating drug,astringent drug were used most frequently.（3） Commonly used drug combinations are Angelica dahurica-Fructus viticis,Angelica dahuricaMonkshood,Angelica dahurica-Ligusticum wallichii,etc. Conclusion： In the prescriptions,medicines with warm or cold characters are used more frequently than others. Commonly used drugs combinations can treat different of types alopecia,such as clearing heat,expelling dampness,strengthening Spleen,regulating Qi,eliminating phlegm and regulating channels.
