中西医结合治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝汤治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证的临床疗效。方法:将84例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例,对照组给予患者尼莫地平和谷维素治疗,治疗组则是在对照组治疗的基础上加用清肝汤治疗,方药组成:天麻15 g,钩藤10 g,石决明15 g,栀子15 g,黄芩12 g,牡丹皮15 g,桑寄生15 g,杜仲15 g,川牛膝15 g,益母草10 g,白芍12 g,夜交藤15 g,茯神15 g,川芎10 g,龙胆草6 g,甘草6 g。每日2次,每次200 m L,早晚饭后温服。30 d为1个疗程。治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量。结果:两组患者治疗后临床疗效比较:对照组的有效率为92.86%,对照组有效率为73.81%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量改善情况比较:对照组的有效率为90.50%,对照组有效率为66.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝汤在治疗偏头痛肝阳上亢证疗效显著,且能提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qing Gan Decoction in treatment of migraine with hyperactivity syndrome.Methods： 84 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 42 cases in each group. Nimodipine and oryzanol were given to the patients of the control group,and Qing Gan Decoction was given to the patients of the treatment group in addition to the same treatment as that in the control group. The prescription of Qing Gan Decoction consists of Gastrodin 15 g,Uncaria 10 g,Abalone 15 g,Gardenia 15 g,Scutellaria 12 g,Peony root 15 g,Mistletoe 15 g,Eucommia 15 g,Cyathula 15 g,Motherwort 10 g,White peony root 12 g,Caulis 15 g,Poria with hostwood 15 g,Ligusticum wallichii 10 g,Gentian 6 g,and Licorice 6 g.After treatment of a treating course of 30 d,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared,and the life qualities of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 86% and that of the control group was 73. 81%,the difference being statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The improvement rate of the life quality of the treatment group was90. 50%,while that of the control group was 66. 67%,the difference being statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qing Gan Decoction can achieve obvious clinical effect and improve the quality of life of patients significantly in treatment of migraine with hyperactivity syndrome.
