摘 要:目的吴氏创建了用唾液标本检测肾小球滤过率(GFR)智能检测分析系统(Sa GFRIDAS)的计算机模块,本研究探讨用该计算机模块测定的GFR的临床价值,并与99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像进行对比。方法随机选择本院肾内科2015年1月~2015年6月共60例慢性肾衰患者,分别通过唾液标本检测GFR的计算机模块和99mTc-DTPA清除率方法测定GFR(分别用Sa GFR、Tc GFR表示),所得数据采用相关分析方法及bland-altman方法进行相关分析及一致性研究。结果两种方法测定之GFR相关系数为0.95(P=0.000),t值为-1.603(P=0.114);bland-altman法分析两种方法测定之GFR无显著差异。结论用唾液标本检测GFR计算机模块与通过99mTc-DTPA清除率方法测定GFR具有较高一致性,该模块具有准确、简便、快速、安全、廉价、无创的优点,可临床应用于反复检测GFR。Objective To study the clinical value of the computer module with saliva specimens developed by WU Xixin,and compared with 99 m Tc DTPA dynamic imaging. Methods 60 chronic renal failure patients were selected randomly,glomerular filtration rate were detected by the computer module with saliva specimens( Sa GFR) and the determination of99 m Tc DTPA( Tc- GFR),All the results were processed with correlation analysis,and agreement analysis by bland- altman method. Results GFRs from those two methods were significantly associated( r = 0. 95,P = 0. 000,t = 1. 603,P = 0. 114);An acceptable agreement was found between them by bland- altman analysis. Conclusion There was a high consistency between the computer module using saliva specimens and the determination of 99 m Tc- DTPA. The module was an accurate and simple and celerity and safe and cheap and non- invasive method,can be repeatedly applied for clinical monitoring GFR.
